Do I have to agree to a contract?
No. There are no contracts or long-term commitments.
What software program(s) do I need to view the courses?
All courses are viewed via your web browser.
Who is the instructor?
The instructor is Roger Hyttinen who has been a successful software trainer and courseware designer since 2004.
Is there a mailing list or newsletter?
Yes, you can subscribe to our list here.
Are your courses close-captioned?
Some of them are. We will eventually be adding closed-captioning for all of our courses.
How long do I have access to the course?
There is no expiration date for your courses. You have access to them indefinitely.
What if I want a refund?
We’re sorry. At this time, our courses are non-refundable.
Why do I need to create an account?
Up to Speed Academy has a Learning Management System (LMS) to manage our customers’ trainings and for the best experience we associate all of your past and current courses to a single account.
Does Up to Speed Academy offer a mobile app?
We don’t currently offer an app, but our course site is actually fully mobile responsive so you’ll be able to take your courses on the go from any phone, tablet, or computer!
How long do I have to complete each course?
You can take as long as you like. Again, you have access to your courses indefinitely.
Can I request a course that isn’t offered?
Certainly! Contact us at email@example.com and we’ll consider any course suggestions.
Can I download my courses?
At this time, you can only view your courses via your web browser on the Up to Speed Academy course site.
